Photos

If you have old photos of Lowell lying around that you’d like to share, please do! It doesn’t matter what time period they’re from. If they’re already in a digital format, great! For film prints that need to be digitized, if possible, I prefer photos that are scanned with a scanner rather than “digitized” with a phone, as scanners generally yield much higher-quality results. I can digitize them for you for free if you need (only Lowell-related photos – though if you’re interested in other digitization services, let me know!). If you would like faces in photos blurred out I can also do that.

At this time it is not possible to send photos using the contact form, so please send me a message and I will give you an email address you can send them to.

Memories & Stories

If you have memories or stories about Lowell, you can submit those directly through the contact form.

Videos

I will also accept and post video material, if they are hosted on an external site such as YouTube.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Please only submit content you own the rights to – do not submit copyrighted material.
  2. When sending material, please indicate how you would like to be credited.
  3. By submitting your material, you give me permission to post it on the site.
  4. I reserve the right to not publish any submission.
  5. Please be mindful about submitting recent photos (photos from the 2010s-20s) that include children, who are likely to still be minors. I want to protect individuals’ privacy, especially children.
